Kinselas Hotel Painting in Darlinghurst

Abseilers Crew was proud to deliver the high-profile repaint of the iconic Kinselas Hotel in Darlinghurst, one of Sydney’s most vibrant and recognisable heritage venues. Working directly from the original artist’s designs, our rope access painting specialists meticulously recreated the artwork across the building façade, ensuring every detail, colour transition and pattern was faithfully restored.

Given the scale and complexity of the mural, traditional access methods were not suitable. Our IRATA-certified technicians utilised advanced rope access systems to safely reach all elevations of the structure, allowing the project to be completed efficiently with minimal disruption to the surrounding streets and businesses in this busy entertainment precinct.

This project showcases Abseilers Crew’s expertise in large-scale façade painting, creative restorations and working in high-traffic urban environments. The revitalised Kinselas Hotel now stands once again as a bold visual landmark in Darlinghurst, reflecting our commitment to quality workmanship, safety and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
